My rollercoaster experience!

The pools were good , offering something for everyone , and the entertainment staff were friendly.

We faced overbooking issues , which led to an uncomfortable room situation , while the limited dining variety became monotonous quickly.

The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was excellent and we will definitely consider going again in the future. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed with our room location especiallyas we booked it early in November and some friends came in our party who booked a room 2 days before they arrived and were given a corner room with a sea view. We made our reservation based on the Sultan of Side website picture of a room which was not what we were given on arrival.

The a sauna and a pool were a big plus. Proximity to a train station helped to explore Side.

The hotel had easy access to beach activities.

We faced overbooking issues that left us in a small room with a bathroom that was tiny. The slippery walkways leading to the restaurant made navigating around the hotel a safety hazard, especially in the rain. The lack of attentiveness from the staff only added to our frustrations.

We had an amazing family holiday with a fantastic selection of food throughout the day, especially enjoyed the tasty ice cream! the room's ventilation was lacking. I'd definitely return!

The staff serving the tables in the bar and the restaurant were very pleasant and the food was very nice.

This is by no means a five star hotel but as the saying goes..."you get what you pay for!"

Dishes every day! The spacious room provided ample space for my family. One highlight was the friendly atmosphere around the pools, where we spent a lot of time relaxing together.

The hotel offered a diverse range of food options throughout the day. The friendly entertainment staff created a cute atmosphere, and the pools were well-maintained, catering to both adults and children....  

The pools were good. I was like a mermaid gliding through the cool waters. Accessibility was thoughtful, with easy-to-navigate paths making it easy for everyone, including my dear friends in their golden years....  

The family room was spacious, great for us with kids. Clean sheets and towels were provided, but the air conditioning wasn't very efficient during those hot nights. We had issues with the toilets running loudly throughout our stay, kind of annoying. It was decent enough for a short family getaway.

The noise from the nearby entertainment area made sleeping a bit challenging at times.

Nice place with excellent amenities like the 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and pools. The staff helped me with town info on my first stay, and I'm coming back for another trip!

I appreciated the variety of food offered throughout the day, which catered to different tastes. The swimming pools were well-maintained. The entertainment could use more variety to keep things lively and engaging.
